Shipping policy
Order Processing:
We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours. Depending on order volume, processing may take a few additional days.
Orders containing back-ordered items will ship as a complete order once all items are available.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET for USPS, after 3:00 PM ET for other carriers, or on weekends, will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Details:
Once an order is marked as "shipped," it cannot be changed. Please double-check your order before submission.
Orders eligible for free shipping will be sent via USPS or FedEx at our discretion.
Shipping Locations:
We ship skincare and ear care to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Pest protection is available to most states, with exceptions noted on our website.
We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories such as Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO addresses.
Busy Periods:
During sales and promotions, there may be delays due to increased order volume. Rest assured, we are working hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
