Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours. Depending on order volume, processing may take a few additional days.
- Orders containing back-ordered items will ship as a complete order once all items are available.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET (USPS), after 3:00 PM ET (other carriers), or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Details
- Once an order is marked as shipped, it cannot be changed. Please double-check your order before submission.
- Orders eligible for free shipping will be sent via USPS or FedEx at our discretion.
Shipping Locations
- We ship skincare and ear care to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
- Pest protection products are available to most states, with exceptions noted below.
- We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO addresses, etc.).

- During sales and promotions, shipping may be delayed due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience.
