Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours. Depending on order volume, processing may take a few additional days.
- Orders containing back-ordered items will ship as a complete order once all items are available.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET for USPS, after 3:00 PM ET for other carriers, or on weekends, will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Details:
- Once an order is marked as "shipped," it cannot be changed. Please double-check your order before submission.
- Orders eligible for free shipping will be sent via USPS or FedEx at our discretion.
Shipping Locations:
- We ship skincare and ear care to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Pest protection is available to most states, with exceptions noted on our website.
- We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories such as Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO addresses.
Busy Periods:
- During sales and promotions, there may be delays due to increased order volume. Rest assured, we are working hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Locations:
- We ship most products to most U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We are working towards shipping to all 50 states.
- Each product requires label registration, which varies by state. We're actively working on making our labels compliant with all state regulations.
No-Ship States:
If your cart contains any of the following products and you live in a no-ship state, please remove these items to complete your checkout:
