Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our Happiness Guarantee is simple for orders placed on NaturesDome.com:
Unused products from orders valued below $225 can be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Upon receiving your return, we'll issue a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping charges are not covered.
To initiate a return, email us at help@naturesdome.com with a brief description of your reason for returning. We'll respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

In some cases, we may offer refunds without requiring a return.
