Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. Our Happiness Guarantee is simple for orders placed on NaturesDome.com:
- Unused products from orders valued below $225 may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Once your return is received, a full refund will be issued minus original shipping costs. Return shipping fees are not covered.
To start a return, email help@naturesdome.com with a brief explanation. Our team will respond within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
In some cases, we may offer refunds without requiring a return.
