Committed to the planet. Our consciously-formulated products harness the power of nature and wherever possible, we make choices that can reduce impact on the environment, like choosing packing materials that can be recycled.
While the U.S. recycling program has a long way to go, you can make a big difference. Learn what can be recycled in your area, and whether items need to be sorted. On plastic bottles, check the bottom for a number. 1-2 are widely accepted. 4-6 may be accepted. 3 and 7 are generally not recyclable.
Natural All-Purpose House Spray Treating Pantry, Cupboards, or Closets: Before Applying Product to pantry, cupboards, cabinets, or closets, remove items to allow best access and prevent contaminating non-target items. Apply product directly to pests and areas they may be harboring. Repeat as necessary. General Indoor Treatments: Spray pests directly when possible, making sure to use the nozzle on the ‘spray’ setting for direct applications. Additionally, adjust the nozzle to ‘stream’ to treat pests that may be hiding in cracks and crevices throughout the house. Note cracks behind baseboards, cracks inside of furniture, and around cabinets. Also treat any accessible areas behind appliances and cabinets, around trash cans, around window and door frames, and in attics/basements/crawlspaces. Outdoor Perimeter Treatment Spray Perimeter Treatments: Before applying to outside perimeter of a house, rake back mulch, debris and leaf litter to expose the ground (nesting areas). Be sure to directly spray any pests found, focusing your efforts on at least a 12” band along the entire perimeter, treating any pests you find and areas they may be hiding. Pay close attention to the base of the foundation (the crack where the soil dries and pulls away from the foundation). This expansion crack is a key harborage and traveling location for many pest species. Treat the exposed ground and then replace mulch or other items and then treat on the surface of the mulch as well. To reduce pest’s access into the building, cut back vegetation and branches that touch the foundation and minimize any rocks, wood piles and other potential harborages that are close to, or against the building. Continue treating by applying around harborages and around window and door frames, around vents, utility lines entering the structure, and along the eaves. Repeat as necessary. Natural Bed-Bug Spray Bed Bug Treatments: Vacuum all areas (mattress, box-spring, bed frame cracks, floor, all furniture and pet bedding and pet resting areas) prior to applying product. Vacuum contents should be sealed and removed from the home immediately. Adjust nozzle to ‘spray’ and apply product to any bed bugs that are visible, such as along all tufts and edges of mattresses and box springs. Pay particular attention to use the ‘stream’ setting to treat any cracks and crevices around the areas with the bed bug sightings. All beds in the house, including pet beds and pet resting areas, nearby cracks and crevices, baseboards, and around wall outlets should be properly treated. Do not come in contact with or use surfaces until spray has completely dried. It may be beneficial to cover the mattress and box springs with a bed bug blocking encasement at the same time as the treatment, or replace the mattresses and box springs. All sheets and bedding should be washed or replaced. All clothing that may be harboring bed bugs should be washed at the same time as treatment (see ‘Laundry Additive’ instruction below). Wall voids should be treated with an approved dust product where feasible, particularly if the walls are joined with other houses or apartments. When you travel be sure to isolate and treat the luggage before it returns into the house. Plant Spray for Pests Plant Applications: Some plants, particularly very small seedlings and some sensitive plant species can be damaged by the materials in this product. Be sure to test a few leaves 2-3 days before spraying the entire plant. Do NOT use on plant if leaf burn or spotting is noticeable. Avoid spraying newly developing blooms, buds, or seedlings. For minimal leaf burn, apply product when it is cooler (mornings and evenings) and avoid applying during hot days. For best results, apply product to pests as soon as you are aware of them to catch the population early in the season. Hold container upright and about 6-8 inches from the target surface. Thoroughly apply the product to both upper and lower leaf surfaces, stems, and branches until uniformly wet. Avoid excess runoff. Harder to control pests may require additional treatments. Repeat as necessary.
